糖醋排骨
糖醋排骨

我試過幾個不同的做法去煮糖醋排骨,我覺得這個做法是最簡單的、味道亦是最好的!
材料: 排骨
醃料: 沙糖 小許、豆粉 小許、鹽 小許、生抽 小許、老抽 小許
汁料: 鎮江醋 2湯匙、水 1湯匙、茄汁 4湯匙、糖 2湯匙、豆粉 2茶匙、鹽 1/4茶匙
做法:
1. 排骨洗淨, 加入醃料醃最小半小時
2. 煎排骨至輕微金黃及熟透
3. 加入汁料煮至熱透即可
