we had lunch at this restaurant once on a Sunday a while ago & it was very crowded.. this Saturday seemed ok.. but it was weird as they still didn't have enough spoons (pls see below)!!

蜜味蒜香雞翼 Honey garlic chicken wings (6 pcs) $5.99
..it's good as they had both garlic AND honey flavor..
紫菜雙丸麵 Fish Ball, beef meat ball & seaweed noodle in soup $5.99
..they first gave LG a small metallic spoon for his noodle/soup.. LG asked if he could have a bigger spoon so he could have some soup.. the waitress said that they were too busy & didn't have time to wash the spoons! she then rushed to the kitchen & washed a spoon for LG!!

anyway, the price seemed ok here (價錢合理).. the food was so-so (same as the other not-so-bad 港式餐廳).. i tried their 黑椒雞扒飯 last time & i think it's pretty good..

suddenly wanna have AYCE Jap food.. the closest one with comparatively good AYCE food is 八太郎.. but we had a not-so-great experience this time..

the food were still ok.. & here's the not-so-great part:

we were first asked to be seated at the table right outside of the washroom.. when we were seated, we saw a lot of mosquitoes (those tiny ones) on the table (& flying around the soy sauce).. we asked if we could move to another table, but the waitress said there was no table available at the moment.. & then she tried to use the table to wipe them off.. but the mosquitoes flew away when she tried to wipe, & then flew back right after.. i couldn't stand having mosquitoes flying around my food during my dinner!!! when we were about to leave, the waiter found us another table.. well.. i kinda ruined my mood..

賴床

最初我是被歌名所吸引.. 賴床..那豈不是在說我嗎? 哈哈!

we had some terrible Shanghai food a week ago (i got sick afterwards), & we were very disappointed at that Shanghai restaurant.. therefore, we wanna try 自家人 & see if they have good Shanghai food..

they were quite busy on a Wednesday night, almost full house..

..spicy but not sour enough..
(right) 蟹粉小籠包 Steamed Soup Filled Crab & Pork Buns $7.95
..小籠包多汁, 但如果皮可以簿一點更好..

上海擔擔麵 Dan Dan Spicy Noodles Soup in Peanut Sauce $5.5
..noodles not bad, 但湯底較稀..
