we went to Stone Grill for dinner on a Sunday evening, & most of the customers were Chinese.. (they really did great on advertising on the Chinese media..)

here's how the food came..uncooked.. we had to "cook" the meat ourselves by placing the meat on the extremely hot stone.. it only takes about a minute for the food to be ready..

8 oz Grain-fed Bison Rib Eye $32

8 oz 26-day aged AAA Beef Tenderloin $32

5 oz Grain-fed New Zealand Rack of Lamb $28

Lamb after "cooking" on the stone..

us gals were full but the guys were not!! haha.. a good experience though..

Third Course.. Fondue Fusion Entrée with Mojo Cooking Style
..the server gave us this Garlie & Wine seasoning which he said is good for meat & veggies..

Mojo Cooking Style:
Caribbean-seasoned bouillon with distinctive flavors of fresh garlic with a citrus flair!
..this cooking style is a bit too salty.. should try Coq au Vin next time..

..with Loster Tail, Sesame Crusted Teriyaki Sirloin, Citrus Infused Pork Tenderloin, Sushi-Grade Ahi Tuna, Garlic Chili Chicken Breast, Kiwi Lime Shrimp, Spring Vegetable Dumplings, & Fresh Vegetables
..food are fresh.. the serve gave us the instructions re cooking time for each item..

Fourth Course.. Passion Fruit Yin & Yang Fondue
..Signature decadent dark chocolate swirled together with passion fruit infused white chocolate
..i like the Passion Fruit infused White Chocolate Fondue as it's less sweet & has a strong Passion Fruit flavor.. which goes very well with all the dippers..
Dippers are Fresh strawberries, bananas, cheesecake, Rice Krispies Treats, marshmallows, pound cake & brownies..
..all are wonderful!!
