had family gathering at 喜福樓.. it's 潮洲 cuisine..
we had 20 people.. & there were 10 people on our table..
& here were what we ordered..
滷水拼盤
滷水鴨半隻
胡椒豬肚湯
煎封鎗魚
椒絲腐乳通菜
煎蠔餅
糖醋麵
水晶飽
清心丸綠豆爽
川椒雞 & 韮菜花炒肚尖
潮洲炸雙棗 (just so-so)
the soup was spicy but that's how it should taste.. i think it tasted good..
the chicken & fish were good too..
although their food was not bad, their service was really "questionable"..
missing out one of the dishes.. not in good manner..
well well..
