it's a big headache every time to decide on where to eat.. (especially when everyone has no preference at all..) & finally, ZA suggested going to Boston Pizza.. this was when we realized that the Swiss Chalet in Parkway has closed down & now become Boston Pizza..
to start, we ordered Nachos & Wing Platter..
Nachos were said to be Freshly made, hand-cut tortilla chips layered with cheddar & mozzarella, topped with olives, green pepper, tomato & jalapeño peppers. Salsa & sour cream on the side.. we also added Guacamole (the green sauce made of avocado).. ZA loves it soo much..
Boston's famous wings were Oven roasted.. we chose Honey Garlic & Mild flavours..
ZA said it's the most juicy wings she has ever ate in toronto..
we had a medium Boston Royal Pizza, which was made of Signature pizza sauce, mozzarella, smoked ham, pepperoni, shrimp, olives, green pepper, onion & mushrooms..
we also had a Chicken & Mushroom Fettuccini.. which was Sautéed tender chicken breast & fresh mushrooms, tossed in a creamy alfredo with fettuccini, chopped tomato and green onions..
after the main courses, the waitress brought a plate of desserts to us..
we thought those were real!!!
but we soon found out that those were just for display.. the waitress brought in to show us so that we could pick our dessert.. & we decided to go for the Colossal Rolo Ice Cream Cake.. which was a mountain of chocolate & Rolo ice cream finished with chocolate & caramel sauce.. it's said to be a decadent combination you can't resist.. & perfect for sharing.. which was very true.. the portion was really big enough for 4 ppl sharing..
i like the cake most.. & the "desserts platter display"!!!
