another family dinner..
since we have 12 ppl, we ordered both their Lobster & Deluxe Dinner so that we can try more food.. (L=Lobster Dinner $49.8; D=Deluxe Dinner $43.8)

前菜篇
野菜卷三文 + 柚子沙律 (L)
..i liked the Pomelo Salad.. very refreshing.. it's mixed with 肉鬆 & 松子..

麻醬菠菜 + 鹽燒帶子碗豆仁 (D)

意大利醃腿焗生蠔 + 麵醬秋茄 (L)
..the Oyster with Pancetta was a bit salty..


鹽酥豆腐 + 紫蘇野菰大蝦 (D)
..the Matsuhisa Prawns had Caviar on top..


主菜篇
(left) 原隻木瓜響螺炖翅 (L)
(right) 薑汁南瓜湯 (D)

(left) 野菌龍蝦球 (L)
(right) 焗釀蟹蓋鴛鴦 (D)
..this baked crab was my fav dish of the day.. it had a bit of curry flavor..

(left) 蝦子紅燒刺參 (L)
..i liked the Braised Sea Cucumber.. (well.. i always like Sea Cucumber & this was nicely cooked..)
(right) 鴛鴦西冷牛肉卷 (D)
..the Beef Roll with Teriyake Sauce was good..

(left) 龍蝦拑菜碗蒸 (L)
(right) 香芒烏豆三文鰍 (D)
..the Salmon Trout with Black Bean Salsa was grilled for just the right time too.. very good..

壓軸篇
(left) 開洋切肉稞 + 龍蝦爪肉扒滑麵 (L)
(right) 百合花素餃 + 丁香小魚意仁 (D)
..they all said the Barley Soup tasted like eating polyfoam (發泡膠粒)..


the last 2 courses were the same for both sets..

a very full dinner.. & a very "educational" dinner too..
we were discussing about the pronunciation of some words.. e.g. 鴛鴦, 核桃 etc.. haha.. it's a fun night!

everyone looked happy afterwards, & some were already thinking of coming back for lunch or high tea!
