(i just notice that it has been 2+ months & i still haven't published this post!! OOPS!)

it's for my mom's b-day.. she likes this restaurant & i'm glad that the dinner turned out great!
it's a surprise b-day dinner for my mom & thanks to Tiffany, the restaurant supervisor, who helped us planned ahead.. (unlike my previous bad experience, Tiffany is very professional & very helpful!)

i made a menu for the dinner..
most of the food we ordered were something we have tried before (to make sure we had "quality" food)..

北京片皮鴨

碧綠金沙明蝦球

..their soup was always good.. very full..

七彩鴨崧生菜包

蜜燒汁生蠔拼肉排

..i liked the 肉排 more.. oysters were still a bit "chewy"..

..this was a "must have" as we all like the "melting" Angus Beef..

this was the amazing part.. the 大壽包..

as the waiter told us, we could eat the tomatos, the corns, & the leaves.. (though we didn't try.. they r all made of flour..)
