黑椒金菇肥牛卷

黑椒金菇肥牛卷
(食譜來源: 肥家私房菜)

we bought some very good quality 雪花肥牛 from our local supermarket.. made this dish very yummy!!



材料: 雪花肥牛 半包、金菇 1包
黑椒汁 (大約):  李錦記黑椒汁 3湯匙、糖 3 茶匙、生抽 1茶匙、鹽 少許、水 2碗
(i didn't add 鹽 as i don't want it to be too salty..)
茨汁: 粟粉 2茶匙、水 2茶匙



做法:
1. 將肥牛解凍. 金菇洗淨, 切去根部, 瀝乾
2. 肥牛輕輕抺乾, 卷上金菇或芽菜或甘荀條, 壓實封口, 卷好備用
3. 少少油開鑊, 先將封口位向下煎, 變色後才反去煎另一面, 煎至變色便取起備用
4. 將黑椒汁爆香, 加入水/糖/鹽/生抽煮滾, 記得試味, 因每人口味不同
5. 將粟粉+水拌勻, 倒入, 煮至適合杰度, 熄火
6. 將牛肉放入, 讓醬汁上牛肉卷便成
