it's Halloween today & we decided to go out for dinner to "celebrate" it.. hee hee..
passed by this restaurant a few times.. dunno if this 小南國 has any relationship with the one in Hong Kong.. but we decided to give it a try..
there were not much people when we arrived.. maybe coz it's still pretty new in this area; or maybe everybody went out for "Trick or Treat"?!

there were many food we wanna try.. & we chose the followings for tonite's dinner..

Wonton w/ Spicy Peanut Sauce (紅油抄手)
the sauce should be the same as the one in the Dan Dan Noodle.. & they put 馬蹄粒 in Wonton.. which i love it!



Steamed Crab Pork Dumplings (蟹粉小籠包)
this was very good.. 皮很薄, 很多汁, 而且真是有「蟹粉」的!!

Dan Dan Spicy Noodle (四川擔擔麵)
this one was not very spicy.. but it tasted good too..

we also had a small Hot & Sour Soup (四川酸辣湯) & the Soy Bean Soup (鹹豆漿).. the Hot & Sour Soup was really a bit Hot+Sour.. not very strong.. & it's just right..

LG usually doesn't eat much of the Hot & Sour Soup or the Dan Dan Noodle, as he's not very keen on the flavor.. however, he said both were good this time..

i think the overall was good.. & i believe i'll go again to try some of their Chef Recommended Dishes..
