got half day off today & decided to join LG for lunch.. it's my 2nd time eating in this restaurant.. last time, we had Green Curry Beef with Rice (青咖哩牛肉飯) & Tom Yum Shredded Chicken Verm Soup (冬蔭公雞絲湯米線).. the Green Curry tasted good & spicy.. good to serve with rice.. the Tom Yum Verm was just so-so..
this time, we tried their Stewered BBQ Chicken with Satay Sauce (沙爹串燒雞肉) & Belecan Fried Chicken Rice Noodle (馬拉盞雞絲炒河)..
the Satay Stewered Chicken was not Satay at all.. very little sauce came along.. while the supposed-to-be Malay Rice Noodle was more like regular Fried Rice Noodle.. LG said it looked exactly the same as the Stir Fried Rice Noodle with Beef (干炒牛河) he had yesterday.. hmm..
the drinks.. i had a Vietnamese Coffee last time & had the Tea & Coffee Mixed this time.. both were a bit "too sweet"..
anyway, it's long weekend & today is mid-Autumn festival.. i can start enjoying my holidays now..
