i love reading detective stories & IQ questions books since i was a kid.. i kept begging my mom to buy me those books every time when we went to the bookstore..
this game is about case-solving + puzzle/IQ games.. which is exactly what I like!!
the animation is so cool.. it was like watching an anime on my DS!! & some of the scenes have audio too!! & yes, it's VERY addictive!!
there are more than many puzzles (~130) for to solve + u can download new puzzle every thursday on WiFi!!
i heard that there is a sequel to the game, & in fact, it's a trilogy!! Professor Layton is already in three volumes in Japan.. the 2nd one called "Professor Layton and the Devil's Box" (see preview) & the 3rd one called "Professor Layton and the Final Time Journey"..
