omg those are insaaaaane .. i've seen really simple ones that can be done during a regular pour -- i imagine these take a bit longer than the usual 10 seconds or so to make the drink .. some pretty awesome ideas though !! you could prob do something similar w/ a soup ..

ya.. i found it pretty amazing too! i wonder if there is any cafe here do latte art in toronto..
