it has been about a year since i last visited (see here).. it was also around Chinese New Year when we went last year!!
here's the set we ordered ($88).. seems very similar to last year's one..

the Salmon Belly was fatty but a bit greasy..
the sashimi set & the Lobster sashimi..
the sushi set.. 火焰龍蝦卷 was made using the spicy sauce.. (i guess that's why it's called 火焰).. & 海澡沙律卷 was a veggie roll.. made using 中華沙律.. both tasted good..
the lamb chops were very tender..
we paid $5 extra to have the Lobster soup, made using the Lobster head..
& by the time the Udon came, we were all full..
in additional to the set, we ordered Beef Tataki & Hawaii Roll..
according to my friends, the Beef Tataki was great..
Hawaii Roll.. with salmon, Mango, Avocado, Spicy Mayonnaise, wrapped by Cucumber.. there was no rice in the roll.. quite special..
we had ice-cream at the end.. two of us had the Black Sesame Ice-Cream ($2 extra).. it tasted like the Chinese dessert (芝麻糊)..
maybe coz not many customers there that night, the food came really fast.. & they started cleaning (i guess mopping the floor as i could smell the cleanser) at around 9:30pm..
