had lunch here with relatives from HK.. seems like Jap food is fresher here than in HK.. (Inatei becomes one of my fav. jap restaurants to go nowadays..)

..dunno what kind of fish it was so i did some research online..
it said Hobo is 魴鯡 Gurnard.. & it's a seasonal fish.. Hobo will usually be served in the weaning ceremony 「箸初め」(Hashizome) in Japan.. it has a very light flavor.. but the fish soup was great..

..the waiter brought many different ones for us to choose from..

a variety of tofu mousse, & custard.. i liked the coffee flavor one most..
