we always love Linda as their food are great.. but it's better to come with more people so we could try many different dishes.. (that's why i came with 9 people!)
we first ordered some appetizers for sharing..

Papaya Salad $8
Green papaya, long bean, peanut, dry shrimp, lettuce, carrot, tomato, shallot, basil; with Fish sauce, fresh lime juice, palm sugar salad dressing
..i don't eat papya, but they said the papaya taste a bit salty.. they prefer the Mango Salad over this.. & it would be better if it came with more sauce..

Beef & Chicken Satay$7 each
Grilled beef & Grilled chicken breast skewers, with Peanut, coconut milk, satay sauce
..both meat are very tender.. & we love the satay sauce..

Sea Queen $10
Calamari in a light thyme and garlic batter; with Honey & chili Sea Queen dipping sauce
..calamari is always a safe, welcoming appetizer choice

Soft Shell Crab $11
Soft shell crab lightly breaded; with Sweet chili dipping sauce
..this is definitely a highlight of the meal.. we had to order it again since it was soo good.. crispy yet not too oily.. & it's not too heavily breaded.. a MUST EAT!

Golden Curry Chicken $17
A sweeter curry made from coconut milk, plum sugar, tamarind and our own blend of yellow curry.
Chicken or crispy beef, broccoli, carrot, onion, bell pepper, mushroom
..its spiciness of the curry was just right..

Grilled Rib Eye Steak Thai Style $22
Grilled 10 Oz AAA rib eye steak (aged minimum 28 days), Chinese greens; with Thai beef gravy
..it was tender.. very well marinated..

Crispy Duck with Steamed Pancakes $20
Braised duck leg with crispy skin, steamed pancake, king oyster mushroom, celery, spring onion; with Sweet chili hoisin dipping sauce
..it was served like the Peking Duck.. with a steamed pancake..

Fish Curry Paper Hot Pot $19
Turbot, tomato, okra; with Thai sour curry with coconut milk
..this curry tasted very good.. we finished the whole thing, including the every bit of the sauce!!

Seafood Fried Rice $18
Fried rice, lobster, scallop, calamari, mussels, egg; with Crab sauce
..this was unexpectedly good.. lots of seafood, & the crab sauce made it perfect..

Phud Thai $17
Rice noodle, carrot, peanut, tofu, bean sprout, green onion, egg – choice of chicken or shrimp; with Tamarind, plum sugar, fish sauce

how could we miss desserts? we tried a few of them..
Chocolate Sesame Balls
..stuffed with rich dark chocolate truffle..  yum!
Mango sticky rice
..this one was just so-so..

Coconut & Pineapple Sorbet
..they looked so cute.. mini coconut & mini pineapple.. they tasted very refreshing..

it was a very very satisfying dinner (though it's not cheap).. yummy food & great service.. i love the environment (inside + outside) as well.. we took a walk in the plaza after dinner & it was so nice..
