Kenzo Japanese Noodle House

Kenzo Japanese Noodle House (CLOSED!)

Address: 8392 Kennedy Road, Markham (Hwy 7 & Kennedy)
Phone (905) 470-1432
Opening Hours: 11am-10:30pm (Tues Closed)

we have tried the Kenzo on Yonge & found it very good.. when we know that it has opened in Markham, we decided to go try again.. we went on a Saturday during lunch time & it was not busy at all..

heard it's operated by Koreans.. & i remember once read about this restaurant, saying that their noodel are handmade & the broth has been simmered for 20+ hours using bones & vegetables to give a rich flavor..

LG had the Sho-yu Ra-men (正油拉麵).. Superb noodles with tasty Japanese soy sauce..

i tried The king of Kings Ra-men (王中王拉麵).. Hot Netsu Ra-men with five toppings..

i believe there was no MSG.. we didn't get very thirsty after eating the noodles.. LG likes the soup base/broth.. will definitely come again..

I tried Kenzo once and it is okay. It didn't really meet my expectations though. For its price I would prefer to eat somewhere else. :)
