wah 海膽!! Do you mind telling me where did you get yours? I recently had some from Diana's Seafood Delight (actually just yesterday haha) and they look like the bottom one of your picture. But I don't recognize the top one
it's actually from a seafood wholesaler that one of our relatives knows.. how's the one from Diana's Seafood? fresh?
Oh I see, I see. Always good to have food connections hahaThe ones from Diana's Seafood were pretty fresh, but I find it didn't have enough 咁-ness. For 10 pieces, it was $19.99 so it wasn't a bad deal. :)
