the 4 of us went there at 8:15pm on a Friday evening & glad that we didn't need to wait.. it seemed to be less busy than before.. we were starving when we arrived & it was so great to have the Shrimp Chips snack (with the warm satay sauce)..

we ordered quite a lot of food.. :P
we had the Crispy Shrimp Long Rolls (4 pcs) 奇脆蝦肉長春卷 & Roti (2 pcs) 酥油薄餅..
also some satays..
Satay Grilled marinated meat in a skewer with peanut dipping sauce
..i love that the sauce came "warm"..

(right) Fried Salted Fish Chinese Brocoli

..E&C liked the noodle.. they said the soup base was good.. (i guess they said it was sweet, rite E&C?)
(right) Special White Curry Mussels
..it's Chef's special sweet white curry with coconut milk, eggplant & basil..

Thai Seafood Fried Rice
..the waitress recommended this to us.. like she said, it tasted good.. very rich in ingredients (crabmeat & shrimps).. its crab paste flavor was even stronger than the one we had in Spices.. LG said he liked this one more, so do i..

a little accident happened during the dinner..
when the waiter came to pick up some finished dishes, he accidently poured the sweet & sour dipping sauce (for the Crispy Shrimp Long Rolls) onto LG's jeans.. the waiter used tissues to wipe the table, but he failed to notice that the sauce was actually still dripping onto the bench (LG already moved aside to avoid it).. i hate to say it but the waiter's reaction was kinda slow.. he didn't bring LG anything to wipe his jeans until we asked for it.. it was messy as the sauce was kinda "sticky".. well.. i felt fortunate that it was Friday & LG was wearing his jeans but not his expensive pants!!

we were wondering if they would give us some discount or anything, but for sure there wasn't anything at all.. r we expecting too much?! or is it becoz we ate at a Chinese restaurant? i heard that my cousin had a similar experience in a western restaurant & the staff gave them a $50 coupon in return!!
