Ruelo Patisserie (Revisit)

we decided to go try their 即叫即做 Soufflé.. but the waiting time for Orange Soufflé is 20 mins, while it's 40 mins for Chocolate Soufflé.. i guess it's $6.99 each..

we tried some cakes while waiting for the Chocolate Soufflé:

Matcha-misu
..it's Green Tea Tiramisu which has a very strong green tea flavor.. very good!!

Mango Almond
..it's Mango Mousse, chopped-mango pieces, almond bavarois, & almond dacquoise..

Chocolate Soufflé
..it's very fluffy..

i notice that they also have Molten Chocolate Cake for $9.99..

I was wondering if you have tried Maxim's Cafe Patisserie near Bayview and Finch?

I hear that their Meringue cakes are really delicious.

i haven't been there before, but one of my friends used to be a baker there.. & his cakes r yummy too..

This Ruelo place sucks bigtime. We tried 5 different cakes including the Ruelo signature....

IMO the cake/patisserie place a few doors down Louis XIV is superior by miles folks.
