Z&A treated us for dinner tonite & they suggested going to Marlowe.. as LG wanna have western food (& it's for his BIG day)..

when we first sat down, the server brought us some bread & "olive"(?)

& we saw the dish on the next table looked very yummy.. so we ordered it too.. it's the Spinach & Goat Cheese Dip.. which were Tri-Colored Warm Tortilla Chips with Spinach, Goat Cheese, Parmesan, Mozzarella, Artichokes, Jalapenos & roasted Red Peppers.. the Dip was still hot when served..

we also had the Cajun Corn & Crab Chowder, which was marked as Marlowe Signature Item.. with Blue Crab Meat, Roasted Corn, Yukon Gold Potatoes & Crispy Tortilla Chips.. it's very rich in ingredients.. a lot of real crabmeat..

a big thumb up for their Louisiana Crab Cakes.. which was also made of Blue Crab Meat Cakes, with their Signature Chipotle Pepper Aioli.. Served with Poblano Pepper Corn Salsa & Fresh Lemon.. even the side dish tasted very good too..

LG was so happy to find out that they r serving Certified August Beef.. & here's the Prime Rib Roast Beef.. Slow Roasted 30 Day Aged Served with au Jus.. & this was the Marlowe Cut, i.e. 14oz..

i had the Baby Back Ribs.. as stated on the menu, the meat really did "Fall Off The Bone".. & they were basted with Maple Glaze & BBQ Sauce.. Served with House Cut Fries & Chef's Vegetables.. a very "funny" selection of veggie..

for desserts, we tried the Warm Chocolate Torte, Crème Brulee, & Key Lime Pie..
i love the Warm Chocolate Torte the most.. it was Fine Chocolate with a Molten Center served with Crème Anglaise.. the Crème Brulee was good too.. but the Key Lime Pie was just so-so..

we were very full tonite..
LG said it would be great if he could have such a great meal every day after work..
(he must have started his "dreams".. a bit early today..)
